The KDYDJ-5kVA/50kV intelligent power frequency withstand voltage test device is a test equipment designed in accordance with national industry test standards. It is mainly used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, insulating materials, etc. under specified voltages, in order to assess the insulation level of the products, discover insulation defects of the test samples, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage. The adopted microelectronic chip processing technology, touch screen control and wireless mobile phone APP operation make the operation simple and clear. Voltage, current, time, status information and prompt information, etc. are displayed on a 7-inch high-definition touch color screen (10-inch is optional), with clear and intuitive readings.
The fully Chinese interface is simple and clear to operate, and can adapt to various application scenarios.
The automatic mode, manual mode (optional automatic mode and manual mode via mobile phone wireless APP) have enhanced the safety and reliability of the product.
The all-digital calibration method discards the outdated potentiometer adjustment, making it convenient for on-site use and easy to control the accuracy (this function is protected by a password).
The transformation ratio of the test transformer can be directly set by pressing the button (this function is protected by password). When connecting test devices of different voltage levels, the application is flexible and easy, truly achieving that one console/box can be used in conjunction with multiple transformers.
Status reminder function, fully Chinese guided operation, allowing for proficient control even without a manual.
During the test, there are flashing high-voltage symbols displayed on the screen, constantly reminding the operators to pay attention to safety.
The test result display function can automatically determine the test result (test passed or test failed), and reliably record the voltage when the test sample is overcurrent, flashover or breakdown.
The sound alarm function for test results: When the test passes or fails, the equipment will emit different alarm sounds. Test personnel can directly identify the test results from the alarm sounds.
The pause function, when automatically controlled, can achieve the pause of voltage increase or decrease at different points. The pause time can be flexibly controlled by the test personnel, facilitating the observation of the test sample status. (Manual console/box does not have this function)
Automatic timing function. During automatic control, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the equipment automatically starts timing. When the timing time is up, the test result is displayed and the equipment automatically returns to the zero position. (Manual console/box does not have this function)
Manual timing function: When manually controlled, the timer can be manually started. When the withstand voltage time is up, the equipment automatically returns to zero position (this function is only available on desktop devices).
Manual control mode, this mode is similar to the traditional electric voltage increase/decrease method. The increase/decrease is controlled by buttons, and the equipment automatically determines the upper/lower limit positions, with overvoltage protection.
The voltage rise speed is intelligently controlled. When the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the voltage rise speed will automatically slow down. When it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the voltage rise speed will further slow down.
It adopts a combination of hardware and software anti-interference technologies, featuring stable performance and strong anti-interference ability.

For models with a capacity of 5kVA or more and 30kVA or less, they are of desktop structure.

For those with a capacity of over 50kVA, a split structure is adopted.
